I requested Brian's, with Clodius & Co, assistance on very short notice due to a last second building/land auction sale. We met Brian at an Open House and were immediately impressed. He is incredibly knowledgeable on all aspects of the real estate market, he is professional and personable and we knew right away that we wanted to work with him to sell our home in the mountains and to buy a new home in Thornton. My wife and I recently made our moved to Colorado and decided we wanted to put down roots in the Superior/Broomfield area, right by where we're renting and reached out to Brian after seeing some recommendations online via email on a Friday afternoon on the 6th of August. Brian reached back out within the hour via a phone call and right away suggested visiting a few open houses in the area of our search the very next day (a Saturday). What immediately stood out about Brian is how responsive and prompt he was with his approach as a realtor, and I appreciated that right from the start. We narrowed our choice down to two houses and I suggested we visit them back to back again and Brian was very supportive of us doing so and wanted to make sure that we made the right choice, listened deeply to our concerns and preferences, and gave very insightful advice on the market and value (backed up with detailed comps as wells as qualitative pros and cons on each place). The house we ultimately decided to go with had lots of interest at open house and Brian worked tirelessly that weekend to put in a bid that very night and work with the seller's agent throughout that weekend to put us in the best position possible to hopefully purchase our first choice. Looking back a month later, now as the homeowners of the that very house, I'm amazed that we won the bid. At the same time, I am not totally shocked by the outcome given how hard Brian worked on our behalf. He made sure we'd end up with the place we liked the most, at a very fair price, but still remain competitive in the bid process. Throughout the entire process, Brian worked promptly, and effectively, with our best interest in mind. He answered all of our questions and concerns patiently, and really does go out of his way to make sure we were comfortable every step of the way with one of the biggest investments one can make in life. If you are in search of a home in the Boulder/Denver area, this is your guy.

I asked Brian to sell my house under a very condensed time frame because I was under a contingent contract on a house in another state. The housing market was stalling due to interest rates rising but Brian went to work. Open house on 4th of July??? Who would do that? I literally watched a member of Brian’s team handing out fliers to my open house as families walked down the street for a parade! This company will “thread the needle” for you. We are under contract only because Clodius and Co. will do what is necessary.
