At Food for Hope, we believe that every child deserves access to nutritious food. As a local nonprofit in Adams County, CO, we are dedicated to supporting food-insecure students and families by providing essential food programs directly within schools and school districts.

Our Mission

We work tirelessly to ensure children have reliable access to nutritious meals, helping them focus on learning and thriving rather than worrying about their next meal. By partnering with schools, districts, and community members, we bring hope and nourishment to those who need it most.

Our Programs

We currently serve nearly 40 schools across five school districts in Adams County, offering a variety of food programs designed to meet the unique needs of students and families:

Weekend Food Bags

Nutritious, easy-to-prepare food sent home with students to ensure they have meals over the weekend.

School Fuel (Weekday Snacks)

Healthy snacks provided to students throughout the school day to keep them energized and ready to learn.

Unhoused Family & Student Boxes

Special food boxes designed for families and students experiencing housing instability.

Refugee Family Food Boxes

Culturally sensitive food boxes tailored to support refugee families settling into the community.

In-School Food Pantries

11 pantries across Adams County schools, allowing students and families to shop for essential groceries in a dignified setting.
